How to add it to your mail
Click Copy signature, then paste it into your mail app’s signature setting:
- GINbox: Settings → Signatures → paste. You can choose a different one for new mail and for replies.
- Gmail: Settings (the gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new → paste → Save changes at the bottom.
- Outlook (new Outlook and the web): Settings → Account → Signatures → paste → Save.
- Classic Outlook for Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste → OK.

Is the email signature generator free?
Yes, with no sign-up. It runs in your browser: what you type is not sent to us or stored anywhere.
Why does my logo not show in the signature?
Mail apps show a signature logo only when it is already online. Put the logo on your website and paste its address. Some receivers hide images until the reader allows them; the rest of the signature still shows.
What should a professional email signature include?
Your name, job title and company, one phone number, and your website. Keep it short: no quotes, no long legal text, and at most one small logo. On a phone, a long signature pushes the message off the screen.
Does the signature work in Outlook and on phones?
Yes. It is built as a simple table with inline styles, the format Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and GINbox all keep. Phone mail apps usually have their own plain-text signature setting.
