We would rather tell you the specifics than use the phrase as a slogan. Here is what is true today:
- Built and run in India. GINbox is a product of Webzworld in Mumbai, built by the team behind Grovia’s hosting and business email services. You can reach a person who builds the product.
- Priced in rupees. From ₹49 per mailbox per month, GST shown separately, and no first-year price that jumps at renewal — with 30 days’ notice before any price change reaches you.
- Paid the Indian way. UPI, cards and net banking, and a GST tax invoice with your GSTIN for every payment.
- Servers and account data in Mumbai. The mail servers, the database and your account records are in Mumbai.
- English and Hindi. The webmail and the admin panel work in both. Switch any time.

Who GINbox is for, and who it is not
GINbox suits businesses that want professional email at their own domain without paying for a whole office suite: small and growing companies, professional firms, clinics, schools, shops, agencies and exporters. It is email-first, so it is a good fit when your team already has its documents and meetings sorted.
It is not the right choice if you:
- need Google Docs-style collaboration, Teams or SharePoint as part of one bundle — look at Google Workspace or Microsoft 365;
- must keep every message in India today, until we complete the planned move of message storage;
- want to send bulk or marketing email — GINbox is for normal business sending, with daily limits that protect everyone’s delivery.

Questions about business email in India
Is GINbox really made in India?
Yes. GINbox is built and run by a small team in India, as a product of Webzworld in Mumbai. Our servers and account data are in Mumbai. Your messages are stored in Singapore for now, with a move to India planned, and the Privacy Policy lists exactly where each kind of data is kept.
How much does business email cost in India?
On GINbox it starts at ₹49 per mailbox per month billed yearly (₹59 billed monthly) for 5 GB, GST extra. The price at renewal is the same. Larger mailboxes go up to 10 TB.
Can I pay with UPI and get a GST invoice?
Yes. You can pay by UPI, card or net banking, and every payment comes with a GST tax invoice. Add your GSTIN in the admin panel to claim the input tax credit.
Can I use a .in or .co.in domain?
Yes, any domain you own: .in, .co.in, .com or others. If you do not have a domain yet, register one with any domain registrar and add it to GINbox.
Does it work with Outlook, Apple Mail and my phone?
Yes. Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the Gmail app connect with standard IMAP and SMTP over SSL, and the webmail works in the browser on any phone or computer.
Can I move my existing email to GINbox?
Yes, free, on every plan. We copy every folder and message from Zoho, Google Workspace, your hosting company or any IMAP server, and check that nothing is missing. From Microsoft 365 or Outlook you can upload an Outlook .pst file.
Is there a free trial?
