Nothing is shipped
GINbox is an online email service. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.
When the service is delivered
- Free trial: available immediately after you create an account and confirm your email address.
- Paid plans: activated immediately when the payment succeeds — new mailboxes are created at once and any sending limits of the trial are lifted. If activation does not happen within 1 hour of a successful payment, write to info@ginbox.net; if we cannot activate the plan within 24 hours, we refund the payment in full.
- Your domain: mail starts arriving at GINbox once you add the DNS records the admin panel shows you (usually within minutes, up to 48 hours depending on your DNS provider). The admin panel tells you when each step is done.
- Moving existing mail (from Google, Microsoft 365, Zoho, cPanel or any IMAP server, or from a file): runs on our servers and usually completes within hours; very large mailboxes can take a few days. You can follow progress in the admin panel.
How you receive it
- Access details and one-time setup links are shown in the admin panel and sent by email to the account's email address.
- Your GST tax invoice is emailed after each payment and is always available in the admin panel (Billing).

The Service is available worldwide over the internet; it is sold from India and priced in Indian Rupees.
