Most businesses put off changing email because moving years of mail sounds risky. We made it the easy part: one form for the whole domain, every message checked, and your old provider kept until you are sure.

Add your domain to GINbox

Open “Move mail” and tell us where your mail is
We usually know already — we read it from your domain.

List your mailboxes
Type them, upload a CSV, or use one admin login if your old server has one. We check every login first; if one is wrong, nothing starts until you fix it.

We copy everything in the background
With progress for each mailbox. Your team keeps working on the old mail.

When every mailbox shows “Copied ✓”, change one DNS record
We show you exactly which one.

For three days we keep collecting
Any mail that still reaches the old server comes over too. Then we disconnect and delete every password we held — and you can cancel the old service.

Each mailbox shows its progress, and the move tells you when everything is across and it is time to switch.

Turn on IMAP for each user in Zoho Mail settings, and you’re ready. Users with two-factor sign-in use an app-specific password.
