Are the prices including GST?
No. All four providers list business prices before GST; 18% is added on the invoice, and a registered business can usually claim it back as input credit.
Why compare the cheapest plan of each provider?
Because most small businesses need email, not a full office suite. Google and Microsoft plans also include online documents and video meetings; if you need those, compare their higher plans too.

Can I keep Google or Microsoft for a few people only?
Yes. With split delivery, a few people stay on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and everyone else moves to GINbox, on the same domain.
